TOUCH-SCREEN EFB FRIENDLY DOCUMENT VIEWING FOR A PAPERLESS FLIGHT DECK

FliView makes viewing HTML, XML and PDF documents simple on your EFB eliminating the need for paper documents on the flight deck. MELs, operations manuals, procedures and many other document types can be organized and viewed on your EFB using FliView’s oversized document navigation and menu system. FliView can enable faster access to the exact information required using its intuitive search functionality when compared to other viewers not optimized for touch screen EFBs. FliView was designed from the ground up to be used on a flight deck EFB; it can be used to replace the cumbersome paper documents typically present on the flight deck.

FliView was designed for the extreme conditions present on the flight deck. Documents can be viewed with large fonts and high contrast text to make them easy to view in direct sunlight. FliView’s night mode allows the document background to be dimmed when viewing documents in low light conditions as well. The large navigation buttons and oversized menus make document navigation quick, reducing head down time even in stressful conditions.

FliView’s cross talk function allows pilots to share documents on multiple connected cock pit EFBs. Cross talk also allows pilots to set multiple EFBs into night mode for low light conditions.
